Mengajar di Bali - February Issue (2002) Sekolah Dyatmika, Sanur, is a non-profit private school which aims to provide an up-to-date and rigorous curriculum while recognising and valuing the unique social and cultural traditions of Bali. The school aims to provide a hands-on teacher training program for teachers.
Dyatmika currently accommodates 46 students in grades 1 to 8, and is upgrading its facilities gradually to include a library, science lab, basketball court, amphitheatre and an undercover pavilion.

Weekend Workshop Review - July Issue (2001) The second Lokarkarya was held on May 25th and 26th 2001. Once again, it proved to be a great weekend in terms of both professional development and networking. Participants enjoyed a variety of high quality workshops presented by both WILTA members and outside presenters. Dari Ibu Presiden - February Issue (2001) The year ahead is looking busy and exciting, with the outgoing WILTA Committee setting in motion plans for several projects for members to become involved in. Of course, there is WILTA's first ever international tour taking in the fourth International Conference on the teaching of Indonesian to speakers of other languages (KIPBIPA IV) in Bali, followed by five days in East Java. We have a group of sixteen people at the moment and there is room for more. So, if you want a tax-deductible tour to Indonesia register now! More information in this newsletter. We are also planning our second WILTA Weekend Workshop for May and there will be lots more throughout the year, so keep your eyes on WARTA WILTA for updates. Back to Top
Mari ke Kebun Binatang di Perth - February Issue (2001) If you haven't been to the zoo recently, you may have missed a few exciting developments linking Perth Zoo, Indonesia and WILTA.... The Indonesian Language Trail at Perth Zoo is a resource package for primary students of Indonesian that supports teachers integrating LOTE outcomes with outcomes in Science and Society and Environment.
