Kellie has been a member of WILTA since 2000 and an active member of the WILTA committee since 2002.

During her period of service on the WILTA committee, Kellie has made an outstanding contribution to the activities undertaken by the Association.  In particular, over the past six years she has been an active participant in the planning and implementation of four professional development days each year, as well as extraordinary projects such as the WILTA Conference in Bali in 2004 and the “Rebuild” Exhibition and Workshops in 2006 dedicated to raising funds for the Yogyakarta earthquake victims.

Kellie is a dedicated team member and has also contributed her own expertise by running workshops on behalf of WILTA.  These include two workshops on the use of Interactive Electronic Whiteboards in Indonesian teaching in 2007 and 2008.

Finally, Kellie has undertaken the role of Treasurer on the WILTA Committee for the last three years and has managed this demanding task in an efficient and hard working fashion.

WILTA is very grateful to Kellie for all her work on our behalf over the years and feel she is a most deserving recipient of the PTCWA Outstanding Service Award in 2009.
