The concert is aimed at Years 7-12 students learning Indonesian. The concert is sure to be entertaining and will give students and teachers the opportunity to be immersed in Indonesian language and music and meet and talk ‘in the flesh’ with Michael J. The event is being held at The Lakes Theatre, Mandurah Baptist College, Catalina Drive, Lakelands on Tuesday 23 August 2016 The schedule of the day is as follows: 10.15 Schools arrive at The Lakes Theatre 10.30 Concert begins 11.45 Question and answer session with Michael J 12.00 Concert finishes – students move in to school yard for lunch and casual meet and greet with Michael J during lunchtime. Students are asked to bring a small packed lunch (an Indonesian snack/jajan will also be available to compliment students’ lunch). 1.00pm Leave venue for return to school Any schools who are in the northern suburbs closer to the area of Mindarie, may be able to attend the Michael J Concert being held the following day on Wed 24 Aug.
